Toolquiz conference in Rogaland, Stavenger, Norway

Toolquiz aims at defining relevant public policies able to support the cultural sector as a key factor regarding the blossoming of knowledge based society based on a sustainable development of human capital.
Its objective is to developing, in each partner region, suitable strategies, policies and tools on the link between the cultural and creative sector, the knowledge-based economy and the employability, by the identification and exchange of good practices.
It should thus enable to improve the competitiveness and the economic development of the partner territories, by focusing more particularly on their human capital.

In order to achieve such objective, Toolquiz partnership is bringing together 6 local authorities, 5 technical experts, one scientific expert and one political expert
